Terms of Use

By accessing or using the QuantPulse platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Educational Material — No Financial Advice

QuantPulse is educational and informational material. The scanners, signals, trade plans, calculators, alerts, news, statistics and the Academy show technical analysis and general examples. Any suggestion — buy, sell, limit, entry, target or stop — is an automated, general recommendation produced by the same rules for every user. It is not personalised and is not financial, investment or trading advice. We do not recommend that any particular person buy or sell any asset, and we do not trade on your behalf.

2. Voluntary Participation

Your use of QuantPulse is entirely voluntary. You acknowledge that:

• Cryptocurrency trading involves a significant risk of financial loss.
• You may lose part or all of the capital you invest.
• Trading may not be suitable for all individuals depending on their financial situation, experience, and risk tolerance.

3. No Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the creators, operators, and administrators of QuantPulse accept no responsibility or liability for:

• Any financial losses, damages, or lost profits arising from your use of the Platform.
• Trading decisions made based on signals, indicators, or any other data shown on the Platform.
• Errors, inaccuracies, interruptions, or delays in data or Platform availability.
• Actions of third-party exchanges, APIs, or data providers.

4. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Always conduct your own research (DYOR) and consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decision. Past signal performance does not guarantee future results.

5. Intellectual Property & Content Protection

All content available on the QuantPulse Platform — including but not limited to: the software, algorithms, signal logic, Elliott wave scanning methodology, user interface design, graphics, text, data visualisations, and any other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of QuantPulse and its creators.

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Copying, reproducing, or duplicating any part of the Platform's content, code, or methodology.
• Distributing, reselling, or sharing Platform content with third parties without explicit written permission.
• Using Platform content, signals, or data as part of your own commercial product or service.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the underlying logic, algorithms, or source code of the Platform.
• Presenting Platform content as your own creation or claiming authorship over any part of it.
• Screen-recording, screenshotting, or otherwise capturing Platform output for public sharing or monetisation without permission.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

6. Access & Account

Access to QuantPulse requires an invitation or a paid plan. Your account is personal and non-transferable. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time, without notice, for any violation of these Terms.

7. Statistical Data & Privacy

Your trading journals (spot and futures), open positions and statistics are private. No other user and no platform administrator can see your trades, results, amounts, position sizes or percentages (such as win rate or number of trades) — not individually and not as rankings. The Platform uses this data only to show it to you and to run the features you switch on (for example the journal sync or the position monitor). Rankings and group statistics are based on learning activity only (lessons, quizzes, active days). How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Paid Plans & Payments

Paid plans give access for the period shown on the plan, starting when the payment is confirmed. There is no automatic renewal — each payment covers one period. Prices are shown before payment, including any applicable VAT. Card payments are processed by Stripe and crypto payments by NOWPayments; we never see your card details. By paying you request immediate access and acknowledge that the EU 14-day right of withdrawal ends once access has started. Refunds are handled as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

9. No Guarantees

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, data accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your own country.
